		<description>Rather than gloss, I would suggest using a matte finish photo paper, and, you should invest in better inks than the standard ones the are normally used in ink jets.  Check with a specialty camera store for water resistant, archival inks and papers.</description>

		<description>i hate the gloss for mixed media prints. i used to experiment with an inkjet and regular printmaking quality paper. cheaper stuff, stonehenge... like that. 

but if you want the glossy, photo paper, i used hp with a good printer and it was fine.</description>

		<description>Canvas has a texture to it. You wont be able to get the clarity of vinyl. Vinyl is smooth (for the most part) compared to canvas. 

The solution MAY be to decrease your dpi. This will in turn make your dots bigger, and have a greater chance of becoming a decent image. You probably wont get incredible clarity at any rate. Its canvas and you need to determine just how close to the print it will be viewed from. Many 4 color processes are printed at only 65 lines per inch (like the graphics on the side of a semi-truck).</description>
